Prestige Homecare™ is a membership-based property care firm specializing in owner-occupied single family homes. We perform a complete assessment of each home under management, work with owners to plan out a comprehensive preventative maintenance schedule, then execute upon this plan. Our focus is on our members’ needs. We are therefore set up to handle large complex projects as well as the small tasks that are often difficult to get scheduled.
Prestige has a full time staff dedicated to serving its members' needs. We carry complete liability and workers compensation insurance coverage on all of our employees and Subcontractors. The company is a registered Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor with an active Construction Supervisor’s license. We are certified in water damage restoration and in the safe removal of lead paint.

Dennis Sullivan, CEO
Dennis has over over 25 years of leadership experience in the construction and building maintenance industry. Prior to his current role he spent several years as the General Manager of a regional Disaster Restoration Company. He also served as the Chief Estimator for a large New England construction company focused on the condominium market and as the Chief Operating Officer of a property management company based in Newton, MA.
He began his career as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Dennis flew the CH-46 Sea Knight helicopter out of San Diego, CA and served as the Director of Officer Recruiting for the U.S. Central Region while based in Chicago, IL. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
