This program is designed to efficiently educate the homeowner on the condition and value of his/her property and it's related systems. After a detailed assessment phase, homeowners will review these findings with a Prestige Homecare™ consultant to determine an agreeable maintenance and repair plan for the coming year.
Once determined, the personalized Property Management Plan becomes the framework for all selected activities for the home and property for the coming year as grouped by season. From this point forward, a Member works with a single point of contact at Prestige Homecare™. Our scheduling system is used to coordinate these activities and those performing the work, relieving you and your family of the management burden.

Step 1: Assess

The first step in properly managing your property is to develop a thorough understanding of its unique needs. The foundation of our program is a detailed diagnosis of the property acquired through a Data Collection exercise conducted by your Account Manager accompanied by a Prestige Homecare™ expert. During this visit we are quantifying the condition of your property and its systems.
The findings from the Data Collection are organized into a comprehensive and highly detailed report referred to as your Property Management Plan. This report organizes findings into distinct categories and then orders them in terms of priority (in need of attention or service).
Also during the Data Collection we are collecting statistical and photo-documentary data. This information is captured and incorporated into your HomeWeb account where it is leveraged in many ways that greatly benefit you, our Members.

Step 2: Plan

Once the assessment of your property is complete, your Account Manager will arrange a meeting to discuss property's needs in detail. At this consultation, you will review the Property Management Plan to ensure you have a complete understanding of its contents. The consultation is very educational as not all of the findings will require immediate attention. We discuss budgets, downstream impact, and long range planning.
As part of the plan, we will review a seasonal maintenance checklist. This comprehensive list of activities covers everything from lawn care and tree pruning to air conditioner and heater maintenance. You can choose any number of those activities that will make up your plan for the coming year. We take into account any current contracts or relationships you have with existing maintenance providers.
At the conclusion of this meeting, your Property Management Plan for the year will have been determined with the approval of a plan of action. Your Account Manager will work with you to create the fitting strategy for your property. At this point, you've turned the management responsibility over to Prestige Homecare™.

You will simply be required to authorize the timing and details of any activity to be performed prior to the scheduled date. Prestige Homecare™ stands with you before, during, and after any work is performed.
