At the core of Prestige Homecare™'s service philosophy for Members is our proactive approach to seasonal maintenance activities. From our list of seasonal activities, you will choose those which make up your property's maintenance plan for the year. From buttoning up your home in the winter (turning off water service to exterior faucets, covering exterior A/C units, sweeping the chimney, and installing storm doors and windows) to conditioning your home for the summer (sealing your driveway, painting the house, replacing the screens and cleaning the gutters), we leave nothing unattended. 

We use an advanced scheduling system to manage your maintenance activities. We make appropriate contact via phone or email informing you of the activities that will be performed at the time of execution. We follow up to confirm the details and scheduling of each activity. 

This proactive approach ensures that your home will be maintained in top condition.
